Prior to transitioning into a creative-first role, I served a lengthy stint as an account lead with a focus on B2B lead generation. Prolonged exposure to the back end of the business has made me an infinitely more effective, well-rounded practitioner and afforded me a unique perspective on cross-departmental cohesion. But I do not miss it.
